Cauzillo Plumbing is seeking a motivated and hard-working new team member to join our family business. This position performs both residential and commercial plumbing work throughout Metro-Detroit.
What You'll Do:
Commercial and residential plumbing, working independently and in collaboration with the Mater Plumbers. Job functions include, but are not limited to:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing issues.

Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations.

Complete sewer, drain, water heater, fixture, leak, and water line repairs and installations.

Perform plumbing system inspections and preventative maintenance.

Work independently while collaborating with Master Plumbers and supervisors as needed.

Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on every job.

Ensure all work complies with applicable Michigan plumbing codes.

Maintain accurate job documentation and complete required paperwork.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and parts inventory.

Follow company procedures and safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by Master Plumbers or supervisors, including shop maintenance and duties.
What You Have:
-
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential plumbing systems; OR comparable experience in construction, commercial applicabilities, or adjacent trades.

Current plumber apprenticeship registration or Journeyman Plumber License

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Knowledge of applicable Michigan plumbing codes.

Ability to independently diagnose and repair plumbing systems.

Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).

Work Environment and Schedule:

Field-based position. Primarily working at residential and commercial customer locations.

Frequent travel throughout Metro Detroit, primarily Wayne County, with occasional work in Oakland and Macomb counties.

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Flexible hours – early or late. Typically 8-10 hour shifts.
